St Johnstone fans travelling to their side’s game at Inverness on Tuesday, January 20 will be able to just “pay what they can” at the turnstiles.
A similar initiative was introduced by League Two side Albion Rovers for their game against Montrose at Cliftonhill in January, last year, with the attendance going up by 125% compared to their previous home match with the Gable Endies, while there was a 160% rise in gate receipts.
Now, Inverness will be hoping for a similar boost when Saints visit.
ICT announced: “For this game there are no fixed admission charges simply pay what you can at the turnstiles. Advance tickets are available and will prevent queueing at the turnstiles.”
The last time the two sides met at the Caledonian Stadium back in September, 2,770 fans watched Inverness beat Saints 2-1.
