Planning application sheds a little more light on City Square plans

Plans to turn Dundee City Square into a continental-style plaza would appear to be progressing following the submission of a planning application for new lighting.
Dundee City Council proposes to install a total of 10 lantern lights on buildings surrounding the square, including the Caird Hall and City Chambers.
They will provide additional illumination to the area as attempts are made to provide some purpose to the large civic space.
