Man injured by Halloween-masked attackers in Buckhaven

A 41-year-old man was assaulted by two men wearing Halloween-style masks.
The attack happened at a house in West High Street, Buckhaven, at 10.30pm on Monday.
The man was treated for minor injuries at Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy.
A police spokesman said inquiries are ongoing and officers are looking to trace two males in connection with the assault. The first is described as 5ft 10in and wearing a white jacket, while the second was slightly taller and possibly had a dark jacket on. Both men were wearing Halloween-type masks.
Detective Sergeant Alex Raeside said: “The events we are investigating were restricted to the property at West High Street and we are appealing for anyone who was in the vicinity and who think they saw the two males in question to get in touch with our officers immediately.”
