Can you find Rabbit? Little Lucy’s lost without her beloved teddy

You have it in you to change a life.

You can put the smile back on little Lucy’s face.

And it won’t cost you a single penny.

All you have to do is rack your brain and ask yourself the following question: “Have I seen a small pink rabbit in or around Dundee city centre?”

It really is that simple.

It’s like this, you see.

Little Lucy, 2 and a half, was out on the town on Saturday May 3 (with her mum, not on her own).

They had been at the Overgate and the city centre streets round about when a mighty howl was emitted from the pram.

“RRRRRAAAAAAABBBBBIIIITTTT!!!”.

Or something along those lines. Closely followed by some truly world-class wailing.

And so it was discovered that rabbit was missing.

A frantic search came up dry.

Subsequent phone calls to the Overgate’s lost property department came up dry.

More worrying still, repeated trawls of the internet by Lucy’s desperate mum to find a suitable replacement came up dry.

The toy was originally bought at Marks & Spencer, but they are now out of stock.

Lucy has lost her smile. Bedtime has lost any illusion of allure.

But you can return the joy to Lucy’s life (through the medium of a small fluffy toy).

Have you seen rabbit? Do you know her current whereabouts?

If you know where Rabbit is, or where a replacement might be found, please do the right thing.
