T in the Park organiser DF Concerts has announced it is to release more tickets for this year’s festival at Balado.
A limited batch will go on sale at 9am on Friday which is sure to spark yet another scramble from music fans who were unsuccessful when the main batch of this year’s tickets sold out in less than 90 minutes.
DF said the sale is due to credit card cancellations and multiple purchases.
A festival spokesperson said, “With just over five weeks to go till this year’s bash in Balado and the majority of the acts now announced for what will be, without doubt, one of the music events of the year, excitement is building for the monumental performances and fantastic atmosphere.”
There are now just 36 days to go until T in the Park, which takes place at Balado, near Kinross, from Friday to Sunday, July 9 to 11, with 85,000 people expected to attend.
