Arbroath RNLI are calling for the public to support their largest fundraising event of the year on May 7.
The volunteer crew and fundraisers promise lots to see and do by the lifeboat station between 11am and 3pm, such as a welly-wanging competition with prizes including a trip on the all-weather boat.
Children will be entertained by a variety of activities, and representatives from the police, fire service and Coastguard will attend with their vehicles.
Refreshments will be available from the shed and Arbroath Ladies’ Lifeboat Guild, who have organised a “welly walk” from the station to Elliot Burn and back at 1pm.
