Dundee man stole mobile phone cover from Overgate shop

John MacMillan, 53, was fined £140 after admitting stealing a mobile phone cover.

MacMillan pleaded guilty by letter to stealing the item from the 02 store in the Overgate shopping centre on May 30.

The court heard the cover was worth £34.99 and was recovered.
