A woman has appeared in court accused of careless driving on a Dundee street and knocking over a pram containing a baby.
Ashley Anderson, 42, of Byron Terrace, will face trial in November on the charge, which states that on February 12 this year, on Robertson Street, she drove carelessly and failed to give way to pedestrians Lynsey Braid and Patricia Braid who were crossing the road there.
The charge states Anderson’s driving caused them to take evasive action to avoid being struck by her car.
She is then said to have collided with the pram containing the baby, causing it to overturn.
Her trial was fixed for November 8 with an intermediate diet on October 18.
