Bryan Duncan, 36, admitted that on October 13 last year in Strathmartine Road, Dundee, he drove without insurance and also without an MOT certificate. Sara Biggs, 30, admitted causing or permitting Duncan to commit the offences. The pair, both of Helmsdale Drive, pled guilty by letter.
