Carla Sinclair, 31, of Ballantrae Road, had sentence deferred until December 14.
Sinclair admitted breaching a bail condition not to enter an address in Ponderlaw Street, Arbroath, or to contact Andrew Ashcroft by, on April 27 2016, being within the premises with Mr Ashcroft.
She also admitted failing to appear at court on January 31 this year.
Sheriff Pattison deferred sentence for Sheriff Alistair Carmichael to deal with the case.
