Dundee man, 21, stole lawnmower and keys from garage

Liam Carson, of Balunie Avenue, had sentence deferred at Dundee Sheriff Court.
Carson, 21, had previously admitted that he broke into a garage owned by Elizabeth Carrie, at Bellevue Gardens, Arbroath, on June 4, and stole a lawnmower and a set of keys.
He further admitted breaking into a garage owned by Megan Bruce in Seaton Road, Arbroath, with intent to steal and, on the same date, using a paving slab to try to break into a garage owned by Jessica Lamont, in Bellevue Gardens, with intent to steal.
He also admitted that at Bellevue Gardens, on the same date, he broke into a garage owned by Graeme Carrie and stole a bike.
Sentence was deferred for reports until September 28 and Carson was remanded in custody.
