Elizabeth Bulloch, 48, of Drumlanrig Drive, had sentence deferred at Dundee Sheriff Court.
Bulloch admitted behaving in a disorderly manner and refusing to leave Yuppies Nightclub (now Industry) in Seagate on October 22 last year.
She also admitted assaulting PC Claire James by kicking her on the body at the same location and on the same date.
Bulloch also admitted assaulting police custody and security officer Sam Hogg at police headquarters by throwing a boot at her, striking her on the body.
Sentence was deferred until July 20 for reports.
