A charity gala dinner for the Archie Campaign was held at Dundee’s Apex Hotel on Friday night.
The Archie Foundation is running an appeal to build a new children’s theatre suite at Tayside Children’s Hospital.
The evening, compered by Gary Robinson, featured an auction of signed sporting items, short breaks and artwork.
A framed Archie rabbit mascot which followed a team of fundraisers throughout their arduous Archie Mountain Challenge this summer was one of the top lots, eventually selling for £520 after some tense cross-room bidding.
However, there was then a touching moment when colleagues banded together to buy it from the highest bidder and present it to chief mountain challenge organiser and team member Dr Paul Fettes.
