Toppled lorry remains in Angus field after severe gales

An articulated lorry which remains on its side near a junction in rural Angus is thought to have blown over in last week’s gales.
The stricken transporter is neatly tucked between roadside fencing and a hedge at Helenston Farm, just off the B961 between Cononsyth and Legaston junction, near Friockheim.
Belonging to trucking company Smyth International Transport of Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland, it is awaiting recovery.
No one is thought to have been badly hurt in the incident which led to its current state.
