T in the Park line-up: fans promised patience will be rewarded

Festival bosses are getting ready to take the wraps off this year’s T in the Park line-up.
Headline acts, along with a host of other bands and performers, will be announced in the coming weeks.
Prompted by concerned calls from music fans on social media, DF Concerts issued a statement saying that all will be revealed in February, which is in keeping with their annual timetable.
A spokeswoman said: “Everyone can rest assured that planning is well underway, the removal vans have been packed, we’ve bought new sofas and we cannot wait to welcome everyone to our new home in July.”
She added: “As always, we will be announcing another outstanding line-up in February.”
Last year’s event featured headliners Biffy Clyro, Calvin Harris and Arctic Monkeys as well as performances for Pharrell Williams and The Pixies.
