The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed crews were dispatched to the incident near Cargill in the Wolf Hill area around 6.15pm. Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance was also sent to the scene on the A94 and the female casualty was removed from a car. Fire crews from Coupar Angus and Blairgowrie used small gear to stabilise the vehicle before getting her out. Police confirmed a road ambulance had taken the woman to Perth Royal Infirmary.
