A woman has admitted endangering a little girl by pushing a pram on to a road without looking.
Fiona Winter was under the influence of drink or drugs at the time of the offence, which took place on April 23 of this year.
The 35-year-old was in charge of the toddler when she was spotted acting strangely at Perth’s train station and on the city’s Leonard Street.
Winter admitted wilfully exposing the girl in a manner likely to cause her unnecessary suffering or harm to her health by pushing her while intoxicated and failing to maintain proper control of a pram.
Additionally she placed the child at risk by pushing the pram onto the road without checking it was safe to do so.
Sentence on Winter, of Tullideph Street, Dundee, was deferred for reports.
