Police were called to the Kinross junction on the southbound carriageway at around 4.15pm. It’s understood that there was a minor collision between a tipper lorry and a white Vauxhall van, causing the van to spin around. No one was injured in the crash and no ambulances were called. The outside lane of the road has been closed while the vehicles await recovery, but traffic is being allowed past in the inside lane.
