A Perthshire woman has denied driving her car at a man and causing pedestrians to take action to avoid being hit.
Karren Boult, 59, of Campsie Farm, Guildtown, denies a charge that on October 9 2014 at Upper Muirhall Farm, Perth, she deliberately drove at a man with a car, striking him on the body.
She also denies that, on the same date and at the same address, she drove a car without due care and attention by driving in an erratic and aggressive manner, swerving and weaving across a carriageway at excessive speed, causing pedestrians to take evasive action.
Boult also pled not guilty to a further charge that, on the same date and at the same address, she shouted, swore, uttered threats and drove in an aggressive manner. She will stand trial on November 17.
