Gallagher, 24, was jailed for three years last month after he left Steven Findlay, 45, suffering from bleeding on the brain and a fractured skull. But he was released on bail while he appeals. The attack took place after violence flared at the Parkville in Blantyre, Lanarkshire, in April 2013.
