A Crieff man has scooped prizes worth £18,000 at a live show hosted by Ant and Dec.
Nathan Thomson, 21, who works for the Scottish Ambulance Service, was randomly selected from the audience at the first night of Ant and Dec’s Takeaway on Tour at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow.
Following the format of the pair’s award-winning Saturday night television show, Nathan was picked to play Win the Ads live.
He won the prize pot after deciding to take the gamble and winning a brand new Suzuki Swift car, a £2,500 all-inclusive holiday, a television, a £500 holiday wardrobe and a £500 shopping voucher.
Celebrities appeared during the evening, including Joey Essex and Ashley Roberts, the band Blue and the Irish dancers from Riverdance.
“The Glasgow crowd absolutely made the show come to life in a way we never expected,” said the evening’s delighted hosts, Ant and Dec.
Following the four-night stint in Glasgow, the live show is playing in seven other cities up and down the country.
