A Hyundai might not be the obvious choice of car for “genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist” and Iron Man Tony Stark.
That hasn’t stopped the South Korean firm from coming up with an Iron Man special edition of its Kona compact SUV.
The result of a collaboration with Marvel, the comic book superhero-inspired Kona is based on a range-topping variant and priced from £27,995 as a result. A total of 300 examples are coming to the UK.
Buyers remember matte grey paint with a contrasting red roof (featuring a giant Marvel logo), plus red bumper and door sill inserts. The daytime running lights have even been tweaked to mimic the glowing eyes of Iron Man’s metal mask.
