A man is to stand trial over claims he assaulted two train conductors.
David Munro, 23, is alleged to have behaved in a threatening or abusive manner at Dundee railway station, South Union Street, on May 6 last year.
Munro, of Elm Brae, Arbroath, faces a charge of causing a reasonable person to suffer fear and alarm by shouting and swearing during the alleged incident.
Prosecutors allege Munro maliciously damaged tables and chairs by throwing them while at the station.
He also denies pushing Alan Tait before punching Ryan Mitchell on the head.
The case was previously continued without plea by Sheriff John Rafferty for instructions.
Munro returned to the dock and pleaded not guilty to all of the charges.
Sheriff Tom Hughes set a trial for April 1. An intermediate diet was set for March 19.
