Cheryl Carlin was reported missing after being last seen on Thursday afternoon. Police Scotland had issued an appeal to the public for information to help trace the woman. In an update on Friday, officers in Tayside said Ms Carlin had now been traced as they thanked the public for their help. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We can confirm that Cheryl Carlin, 36, reported missing from Dundee yesterday has been traced safe and well. “Thank you to everyone who shared our appeal.”
