A man has admitted stealing clothes, food and a bike.
Alyn Bradford, 38, of St Kilda Road, admitted at Dundee Sheriff Court to stealing clothing and shoes from Asda on Derwent Avenue on July 5 and stealing a bicycle from the same location on the same date.
He also admitted he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner, made threats of violence and assaulted PC Graham McNaughton by attempting to kick him on the body at Craigmore Street on the same date.
Sentence was deferred by Sheriff Alastair Carmichael until September 5 for reports and a restriction of liberty assessment and Bradford was placed on a curfew as part of his bail order, to stay in his house between 7pm-7am.
