A man accused of possessing a stun gun at his home while dealing in Class A drugs has been remanded in custody.
Graeme Duncan, 39, of Kinghorne Road, appeared in private at Dundee Sheriff Court before Sheriff Alastair Carmichael on a petition alleging four charges, also including possession of other drugs.
He is accused of being concerned in the supply of cocaine at an address on Kinghorne Road on June 9.
Duncan is also alleged to have possessed heroin and cannabis at the same place on the same date.
He is further alleged to have possessed an electronic conductive device – a stun gun – contrary to the Firearms Act 1968 (Prohibited Weapons) Order at the same place on the same date.
Duncan was remanded in custody after his brief appearance before the sheriff and was fully committed for trial after making no plea.
His co-accused Kirsty Millar, 30, of the same address, was bailed on the same charges last week.
She is also accused of giving a false name to police with intent to pervert the course of justice and perverting the course of justice at the same place on the same date, and intentionally obstructing PCs Laura Allan and Emma Price by refusing to comply with an intimate search at Ninewells Hospital on June 10.
Her case was continued for further examination.
