Man sped on main road near Dundee without licence

Paulo Melo, 38, of Warddykes Road in Arbroath, was fined £300 for motoring offences.

Melo admitted that on July 29, he drove at 57mph on a 40mph stretch of the A92 Arbroath to Dundee road, near to Panmurefield.

He also admitted that on the same date and at the same location he drove without a licence.
