Dundee motorist drives car just a month after being banned

A disqualified driver who drove his car just a month after being banned has been jailed for four months.

Michael Gibson, 33, of Pitalpin Court, Dundee, admitted driving in High Street, Lochee, on October 19, while disqualified.

He also admitted that, on the same date and at the same place, he drove without insurance.

Sheriff Alastair Brown also banned him from driving for 20 months.
