Irene Lochead, 61, of Ballumbie Drive, will stand trial at Dundee Sheriff Court later this month. She denies a charge of assault by punching a child on the head at an address in Dundee on April 5. Lochead’s case was continued in order to prepare a further court hearing. An intermediate diet was fixed for October 19 and trial on October 30.
