A BINMAN plied two men with alcohol then filmed himself sexually assaulting them as they slept.
John Worsley, 44, assaulted his victims on two separate occasions at his home in Pitkerro Road, Dundee.
The sheriff court heard both men had individually approached Worsley for relationship advice.
Fiscal depute Eilidh Robertson told the court one victim agreed to meet Worsley at his home and was “completely wasted” within hours of arriving.
The fiscal said: “His next memory is of Worsley holding him under the arms and pulling him out of the living room, and his head banging off the corner of the door.
“His feet were being dragged. He heard the accused say, ‘I’ll put you to bed’.”
Worsley then put the man on his bed and assaulted him.
He committed further sex acts before the man woke up, pushed him off and ran to the bathroom to vomit.
The fiscal said the man had absolutely no recollection of events and awoke to a bright light being shone in his face and the sound of a camera shutter.
The victim immediately left the property and phoned police.
The next morning officers arrived at Worsley’s home and detained him and seized his mobile phone.
Upon examination of the phone, officers found several videos of the sexual assault.
Throughout the videos, the victim was motionless and appeared to be “in a deep sleep or not conscious”.
Further videos were found of a second sexual assault on another man that had taken place a week earlier.
These videos showed the victim in a deep sleep and Worsley carrying out sex acts.
Worsley admitted two charges of sexual assault at his home address in Pitkerro Road, on August 1 and 8, both last year.
Solicitor advocate Kris Gilmartin, defending, told the court he would save mitigation for when background reports were available.
Sheriff Carmichael deferred sentencing until October 12 for background reports and assessments.
Worsley was placed on the sex offenders register and remanded in custody meantime.
