A 26-year-old Dundee man is to stand trial accused of removing a police barrier and throwing it over a wall.
Christopher Cox, of St Leonards Road in St Mary’s, denies four charges against him at Dundee Sheriff Court.
All of the alleged offences are said to have happened on November 30 last year.
Cox denies behaving in a threatening or abusive manner by removing a police barrier from a road and throwing it over a wall at South Ward Road in Dundee city centre.
He also denies resisting two police officers by struggling violently against them.
Cox is alleged to have kicked out with his legs, tensed his arms, refused to be handcuffed and resisted arrest at the Shell silling station in West Marketgait.
Cox further denies failing to provide his name and address to officers at police headquarters.
And he denies being in possession of cocaine, a Class A drug, also at police headquarters.
Cox’s trial takes place on June 3.
