IN PICTURES: Annual scarecrow festival in Elie
Scarecrows in weird and wonderful guises have cropped up around Elie. The East Neuk village is hosting its annual scarecrow festival.
Residents, businesses and community groups have made their own straw characters which have gone on display in gardens, shop windows and public spots.
Visitors travel from miles around to see the various creations and can vote for their favourite.
Winners will be announced on Monday, the final day of the event.
