The Perth and Kinross Cross Country Championships which involves hundreds of primary and secondary pupils has been postponed over fears of snow. The popular annual event was due to have taken place over Perth racecourse at Scone Palace on Wednesday February 28. “We are hoping to reschedule this event and will communicate an alternative date as soon as possible,” said a council spokesperson.
