VIDEO: Fife rider heads Gleneagles’ RHS Grade C qualifier

Fife rider Lisa Hood weaved Crailyn Clover Bay into pole position during a close run jump off for the Royal Highland Grade C qualifier at Gleneagles over the weekend.
Preceding the start of the Gleneagles Senior Premier Show on Friday – first round entries for both the popular RHS Foxhunter and RHS Grade C championship qualifiers peaked at more than 45 riders apiece.
A total of 11 riders navigated clear around Mark McGowan’s testing Grade C track, with the jump off yielding just four double clears.
Drawn ninth to go, Lisa and Crailyn Clover Bay took the win in a time of 35.73 seconds.
