The two-car incident occurred at around 8.25am on the northbound carriageway south of the Friarton Bridge. At least one vehicle struck the crash barrier and the clean-up operation has led to long delays for commuter traffic. It followed another accident just minutes earlier at Inchture. A white Skoda flipped on its roof, injuring the driver. The man was taken to Ninewells Hospital after complaining of shoulder pain.
