Brechin City boast strong squad against Livingston

Brechin welcome promotion rivals Livingston to Glebe Park tonight, boosted by the availability of a near full-strength squad.
Jim Weir’s side are missing only the suspended Dougie Hill, who was sent off against East Fife on Saturday, and long-term casualty Charlie King.
And the Angus team appreciate the importance of seeing off the challenge of the west Lothian club, who sit just one place ahead in the fight for automatic promotion.
But assistant manager Kevin McGowne is aware that they have a fight on their hands against the only team which have managed to beat them in the league this season, while acknowledging that a victory could significantly boost the chances of first division football at Glebe Park next season.
He said, “Livingston are on a decent run and they deservedly beat us the last time they came here. But, obviously, we’re hoping for a win tomorrow night as we have a few games in hand over them.
“We want to take every game as it comes as we have a tough fixture schedule coming up. I think we have something like 13 games to play between now and April.”
