22/09/12 CLYDESDALE BANK PREMIER LEAGUE CELTIC v DUNDEE (2-0) CELTIC PARK - GLASGOW Dundee manager Barry Smith

Dundee boss Barry Smith has had to add another two names to his ”horrendous” injury list.

Davide Grassi and Colin Nish have joined a whole host of other Dark Blues players currently requiring treatment, including the likes of Stephen O’Donnell, Mark Stewart, Carl Finnigan and Brian Easton.

Smith says he has never experienced such a situation before as his side look to bounce back from heavy defeat to Inverness when they travel to face Aberdeen this weekend.

The manager said: ”Davide had fluid drained off his knee on Friday morning but wanted to play at night. That says a lot about him because he’s desperate to do his bit for the team.

”The downside to that is he’s suffered a bit of swelling on it now and at the moment he’s doubtful for the weekend.

”Colin Nish has a similar problem with his knee but I expect him to be OK. I’ve never seen an injury list like it it’s horrendous.

”Over the last few months I’ve learned more about the medical side of things than ever before.”
