The business at Grandtully is the brainchild of renowned gourmet chocolatier Iain Burnett. His new Scottish Chocolate Centre offers a multimedia tourist attraction devoted to chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate. It includes a visual celebration of the global history and production of fine chocolates and chocolate sculptures. Iain hopes to increase the ranks of chocolate connoisseurs by making the knowledge and experience of gourmet chocolate more widely available.
