The 27ft vessel was reported missing from the town’s marina on Saturday afternoon. The boat, named Osprey, was brought back shore yesterday. The Osprey yacht is returned to Arbroath harbour. A 41-year-old man and 51-year-old woman were arrested then later charged by police in connection with the incident.
