Alexander Shepherd appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court to face two charges of indecent exposure. It is alleged the 60-year-old flashed at children under 13 on two occasions in the pool’s changing area. He is accused of going to the baths and exposing himself “in a sexual manner” to young boys on August 6 and 17. He faces a third charge of “engaging in sexual activity” while in the presence of two boys aged under 13 at the pool on June 26. He will go on trial in January. The case was brought after an alleged incident was reported by a Dundee family. Already a subscriber?
