A racist thug had sentence deferred after admitting his third racially aggravated offence.
The court heard Joel Justice, 27, of Bellefield Avenue in Dundee, is still subject to a community payback order imposed for his previous offences.
He admitted that on July 21, at Bellefield Avenue and at police HQ, West Bell Street in Dundee, he acted in a racially aggravated manner likely to cause alarm and distress to Wojciech Maciesowicz, shouted and swore and made racist remarks.
He further admitted that in a police vehicle en route to police HQ on the same date, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm, shouted, swore and shouted racist remarks and prejudiced remarks regarding religion.
Justice also admitted assaulting PC Gary Cargill on the same date by spitting on him at police HQ.
Sentence was deferred until August 15 by Sheriff James McDonald for reports and a restriction of liberty assessment and he was granted bail.
