Community payback order for thief who was also abusive to Dundee shop staff

Stephen Hodge, 45, of Pitkerro Road, was placed on a community payback order under supervision for nine months.

Hodge previously admitted that on August 27 2016, at Asda Milton of Craigie, he stole a Dyson vacuum cleaner.

He further admitted that on the same date, at Ahmad Stores, Whitfield Terrace, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner, shouted, swore and made threats of violence and racially offensive remarks.
