[[success]] Email address Sign up A Fife man has appeared in court charged with endangering the life of his partner by driving a vehicle at her at excessive speed. Stephen Yeoman, 28, of Keltyhill Road, Kelty, appeared in private before Sheriff Charles Macnair. It is alleged that on June 24 at Keltyhill Road, he assaulted Emma Cunningham, his then partner. The charge states he drove a motor vehicle at excessive speed towards her, causing her to take evasive action to avoid being struck. It is further alleged he collided with a fence causing it to strike her to her injury and to the danger of her life. Yeoman made no plea and no declaration, was fully committed for trial and had bail was refused. Already a subscriber?
