Rogue motorcyclists in Kirkcaldy are being tackled with the use of a police helicopter.
As part of a night of action last Friday, officers on the ground were backed with aerial support as part of Operation Fireblade, which aims to prevent antisocial use of motorbikes.
Centring on the Templehall area of the town, three bikes were seized by police and a 15-year-old male has been reported to the Procurator Fiscal.
Inspector Graeme Neill said: “We continue to use local and national resources to tackle this issue, as well as working alongside our relevant partners to educate and inform the public on the risks associated with the antisocial use of motorcycles.”
