The Courier’s Fairer Fuel campaign draws more backing

Having seen profit margins eroded by the soaring price of fuel, Bridge of Earn driving instructor Mike Senyszak was delighted to add his name to our Fight For Fairer Fuel petition.
“The price rises have affected me pretty badly, they are nibbling away at profits,” said Mr Senyszak of Graduate Driver Training.
“I need to fill the tank every couple of days but I don’t want to pass the increase on.”
Sensible driving practices as taught by Mr Senyszak to his pupils are more important than ever in terms of fuel consumption.
“That is part of the test and the savings can be quite significant,” he said.
Meanwhile, an East Neuk fisherman was also delighted to back our campaign.
Graeme Hughes, from Pittenweem, will display a sticker on his fishing boat, Rebecca. If you want to support the Courier’s call for a fuel duty regulator, click here to add your name to our petition.
