Around 200 people worked off some of their Christmas turkey with a Boxing Day run in Forfar. The annual Plum Pudding Plod is a 2.75-mile fun run or walk around Forfar Loch. Organised by Forfar Road Runners, the event has grown in numbers steadily over the last few years and now attracts people of all running abilities. Christmas puddings and other prizes were awarded to category winners, fancy dress entrants and those who made an extra effort. The races entrance fee is donated to charity.
