An ambulance was called to a top-floor flat at Ancrum Court in Lochee shortly after 9.30pm on Monday but paramedics could not save the man. One resident said: ”There were quite a lot of police here and I heard a lot of people coming and going. ”I think the man was up visiting a guy who lives here.
