A man has appeared in court accused of a bottle attack on a woman in a Dundee nightclub.
Francis Monaghan is alleged to have assaulted Debbie Strachan by throwing a bottle at her in Liquid Nightclub on March 29 causing her severe injury and permanent disfigurement.
The 27-year-old made no plea or declaration when he appeared on petition at the city sheriff court.
He was granted bail ahead of further court dates being set.
