The first Tour de Tay charity cycle event organised by Abertay University took place on Saturday.
The event was attended by around 50 cyclists, including university principal Professor Nigel Seaton.
Staff, students, graduates and friends of the university took on the 50-mile challenge, from the Tay Road Bridge to Perth and back.
Cyclists travelled out through Newburgh in Fife, then back through Errol and Dundee along the north bank of the Tay.
The tour was in aid of Elite Sports Scholarships, which provide financial assistance to sports stars while they study at Abertay, and Study Abroad Scholarships for overseas trips to broaden students’ horizons and career opportunities.
Professor Seaton said: “We’re delighted so many people signed up for the first Tour de Tay.”
