SPECIAL SHIRTS worn by Fife Flyers players for their festive fixtures are to go under the hammer for charity.
Money raised from the sale of the team’s Christmas jerseys will go to the Kirkcaldy club’s adopted cause, Chas, to help run children’s hospices in Scotland.
The auction will take place during the game on Saturday against the Sheffield Steelers at Fife Ice Arena.
The tops were worn during the Fife club’s December home games, when they took on the Cardiff Devils, Dundee Stars and Braehead Clan, and feature images of snowmen and snowflakes.
